This window is similar to the articles window: you can view articles, reply to sender, post followups, etc. In addition, if you had saved an article in its own file instead of appending it to the standard saved articles file, you can specify the file name in the File name field, or press the Choose... button and select from a list of filenames. Once the File name field contains text, just press the Enter/Return key with the mouse cursor positioned in the text field to load the article.
