How to submit a bug report
Before submitting a bug report, please check out the list of known bugs first. If the problem you're experiencing is not there, please send e-mail to support@fractals.com and include the following information:
- The release of WebReader you are currently running.
- The release of the Java operating environment you have installed (e.g., Sun JDK 1.2.2).
- The platform WebReader is running on.
- The OS and release you are running.
- A concise but clear description of the problem.
- If the problem occured while reading a news article, the NNTP server name, the newsgroup name and article number. Please reference only publicly-accessible newsgroups; if we can't read the group, we probably won't be able to reproduce the problem.
